Construction - What To Expect

It is our aim to achieve an outstanding level of excellence in all of the building projects we complete. Throughout the entire building process, our skilled trade contractors, will be on hand to ensure your building project is a success. Value for money and building excellence is our motto!

Selection Process
We are recognized for the quality of Shelton Homes’ Standard Inclusions, but clients are allowed to complete their homes to their own individual style and taste.  Our team will guide you through the Selection Process before the initial stage of construction begins.

Plan Approval
Allow 3-4 weeks for Council approval of your building design.  Our builder may call directly to notify you, however you will receive a confirmation letter from Council.

Construction
Your building project will then commence within 2 weeks.  Our team allows 16-20 weeks to complete the construction process, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitted.  Throughout the building project, your points of contact will be our Builder and on-site Supervisor who will coordinate the entire project to ensure your requirements are met. We will also oversee the building process through regular communication with the construction team.

Handover
Your dream has now become reality. You are now free to move in and enjoy your new home and lifestyle. You will be presented with your keys, certificates and warranties.

Maintenance Period
At All Exclusive Homes we guarantee our award winning work and have doubled the industry standard for general maintenance from three to six months.
