There’s a reason that our Shelton Homes Mantra is ‘Create your own Masterpiece’. It’s because that’s what we offer when you decide to trust Shelton Homes. You come to us with hopes and dreams of the home you’ve always wanted and we help to morph it into a reality.

The designs we have available (whilst being pretty amazing - if we do say so ourselves) are just a stepping stone. They are a base from which expectations are exceeded and input and amendments are encouraged. Take a peek at them here.


The designs we have available give you a base to start designing the home of your dreams, we will also help to prepare concept plans. Our draftsman is able to design a home that fits your block and site conditions, appeals to your sense of style, fits with site specific orientation and environmental factors and most importantly, is designed within your budget. (With a list that long it feels like we should be asking…do you want fries with that?)

Ah yes, your budget.

No longer are the days of beautiful, quality Queenslander new build homes out of reach when you have a budget to stick to. We take the time to understand your budget, goals and lifestyle to ensure every aspect is met.


We’ll let you in on a little secret. You can build a quality Queenslander home from $650,000. We are not going to push specific inclusions on you and try to sneak your build cost higher and higher. We allow you to choose the inclusions that will suit your lifestyle and still fit within your budget. Each masterpiece we create is quoted individually. Our quote will include a detailed inclusion list based on our discussions with you so you know exactly what you’re in for. 


At Shelton Homes, we’ve been doing this for over 30 years, so I guess you could say we know our stuff!
